Dear DIS Parent,

Thursday, May 30th, is the Spring Concert and Art Exhibit for middle and high school. Students enrolled in art will be showcasing their art work and students enrolled in music will be performing orchestra selections that they have been practicing this semester.

Student art work will be displayed on one side of the gymnasium and will be available for viewing before and after the performances. 

Students enrolled in music will have a final rehearsal after school on Thursday, May 30th, from 2:40pm to 4:30pm. Following the rehearsal, food is served in the cafeteria for all music and art students. 

Call time for the Orchestra Students is 5:15pm at the Cafeteria. Students should be dressed with their instruments and music at this time. If students do not have time to go home after the rehearsal and arrive by 5:15 they should bring everything need in the morning.

The show begins at 6:00pm with art viewing, followed by performances by the DIS Honor Chamber Ensemble, Middle School Orchestra, and High School Orchestra. Please invite your friends and family.
