Middle and High School Winter Concert

6:00 p.m. in the DIS gymnasium

Dear Parents,

             It is concert time again! The DIS Winter Concert will be held next Thursday, December 12th 
in the gymnasium at 6:00 p.m. Attendance is mandatory for all students currently enrolled in music. 
If your child cannot attend the concert, please have your child inform Mr. Hutchings no later than 
Thursday, December 5th.

Food will be provided at 4:45 p.m. for all concert participants. All students should arrive at the
cafeteria by 5:30 p.m. dressed in concert attire, with their instruments and sheet music. 

The dress code for the Winter Concert will be as follows: 

Girls:                          Top:       White – Sweater, dress shirt or blouse 

Bottom:   Black pants or skirt (with dark tights), and dress shoes

Boys:                          Top:        White – Dress shirt with a tie

Bottom:   Black pants with dress shoes

After the concert, students will be dismissed from the gymnasium. All school instruments should be 
returned to the music room and all personal instruments should be taken home with students or parents
