Science springs to life for young learners

Science National Honor Society (SNHS) hosted the “Science Night” for elementary students in Mrs. Lualhati’s room on April 28. Second and third graders engaged in four different activities: lava lamp, magic sand, invisible fish, and lemon senses.  The event turned out to be a success, with high participation and positive feedback from participants. Third grader Hubert Jang said, “I liked the magic sand and the lava lamp. The magic sand was interesting because it always stayed dry even with water. For the lava lamp, it was fun making the liquid bubble.” The evening left the youngsters inspired about the wonders of science.
