Eighth graders race to victory at annual middle school Field Day

Middle school students took on nine challenges during the annual Field Day on June 9. The cooperative activities included “Which Grade Is Faster?” “Noodle Coaster,” “Dribblers and Jugglers,” “Counting as a Team,” “Plank Bridge Relay,” “Photo Forming DIS Letters,” “Memorizing,” “Perfect Ten Relay” and “Trivia!” Students moved from one challenge to the next, relying on coordination, speed and teamwork throughout the day. Eighth graders claimed the overall victory after earning the highest total score across all stations.
