1. Payment Plan & Due Date 납부 방법 및 기한
1-1. TUITION 수업료
Returning Students 재학생
- A non-refundable re-enrollment deposit must be paid no later than March 29, 2024 Your child's place may not be guaranteed unless paid by the due date. 2024년 3월 29일까지 보증금 (환불 불가)를 납부해주시기 바랍니다. 납부 기한 이후에는 자리가 보장되지 않으며 등록이 불가할 수 있습니다.
- Any outstanding amounts for the previous school year must be cleared. 전년도 비용 납부가 일체 완료된 이후 해당 학년도 비용 납부가 가능합니다.
NEW Students 신입생 (전입생)
- Tuition and fees must be paid within 5 business days after acceptance or prior to the first day of classes, whichever date occurs first. 입학 허가일로부터 5 일 ( 주말 및 공휴일 제외한 평일 기준) 이내 또는 최초 등교일 이전까지 수업료 및 제반 비용을 납부해주시기 바랍니다.
- After enrollment registration, Tuition deposit are non-refundable. 입학등록 후 수업료 보증금은 환불불가 합니다.
- Students that are accepted prior to October 23, 2024 will be charged for a full school year. 2024년 10월 23일 이전에 입학이 허가된 학생은 수업료 별도 공제 없이 정상 금액으로 납부합니다.
- Tuition payment is only accepted by bank transfer. (Cash or credit card payment is not accepted) 수업료 납부는 계좌 이체 수납만 가능합니다 (현금, 신용카드 납부 불가)

1-2. Residence Fee 기숙사비Returning Students 재학생
- The balance of residence fee must be paid by the due date. 정해진 납부 기한에 따라 해당 비용을 납부해주시기 바랍니다.

2. Account Information 계좌 정보
- Tuition and fees must be paid to a personal account which is given to an individual student. Your personal account will be activated upon acceptance and will be valid until graduation. 수업료 및 제반 비용은 학생 개인별로 부여된 가상계좌로 납부해주시기 바랍니다; 입학 허가 시 개별 가상계좌가 학생 1인당 1개씩 부여되며 졸업까지 사용됩니다.

Refund Policy 환불 정책
1. Tuition is subject to refund in accordance with the schedule written above.
2. Refunds must be requested with the DIS Refund Request Form within the 2 weeks of the student's last day of school.
3. Any outstanding amounts must be cleared prior to the release of transcript.
4. The refund schedule applies for both voluntary and involuntary withdrawals.
5. Please note that in the event of FORCE MAJEURE, which causes a student or students to withdraw from the school, tuition and fees already made for the school year will not be refunded.
Force Majeure is defined as an event or effect, such as war, civil strife, labor unrest, or extreme weather, that cannot be anticipated or controlled and would affect the school’s financial condition.
This policy is necessary to ensure the financial stability of the school and to provide resources for continued operations after the FORCE MAJEURE event has passed.
6. Refunds will be normally made in Korean Won.
7. Refunds are wire transferred to parents, or to their authorized representative. This policy is necessary to protect the family and the school.
1. 상기 환불 일정은 수업료에 한정됩니다.
2. 환불 요청은 반드시 환불요청서를 작성 후 전출일 기준 2주 이내에 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
3. 성적표 및 생활 기록부는 미납 금액에 대한 납부가 완료된 이후 발급 가능합니다.
4. 상기 환불 일정은 자의적 전출과 비자발적 전출의 경우 모두 해당됩니다.
5. 불가항력 (FORCE MAJEURE)의 경우 등교가 불가피한 상황이 유발될 수 있으며, 해당 학년도에 기 납부한 수업료 및 제반 비용은 환불되지 않습니다.
불가항력 (FORCE MAJEURE)이라 함은 전쟁, 내란, 노조 파업, 극심한 기상 이변 등의 사건 혹은 그의 영향을 일컬으며, 예측이나 통제가 불가하므로 학교의 재정 상태에 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.
본 규정은 불가항력의 상황이 종료된 이후 학교의 지속적인 운영을 위한 재원 마련과 재정 안정을 확보하는 차원에서 제정되었습니다.
6. 환불은 통상적으로 한국 원화로 이루어집니다.
7. 환불은 학부모님 또는 위임 받은 대리인에게 은행 송금을 통해 이루어지며 본 규정은 학부모님/학생과 학교 양측을 보호하는 차원에서 제정되었습니다.

Refund Policy 환불 정책
1. Tuition is subject to refund in accordance with the schedule written above.
2. Refunds must be requested with the DIS Refund Request Form within the 2 weeks of the student's last day of school.
3. Any outstanding amounts must be cleared prior to the release of transcript.
4. The refund schedule applies for both voluntary and involuntary withdrawals.
5. Please note that in the event of FORCE MAJEURE, which causes a student or students to withdraw from the school, tuition and fees already made for the school year will not be refunded.
Force Majeure is defined as an event or effect, such as war, civil strife, labor unrest, or extreme weather, that cannot be anticipated or controlled and would affect the school’s financial condition.
This policy is necessary to ensure the financial stability of the school and to provide resources for continued operations after the FORCE MAJEURE event has passed.
6. Refunds will be normally made in Korean Won.
7. Refunds are wire transferred to parents, or to their authorized representative. This policy is necessary to protect the family and the school.
1. 상기 환불 일정은 수업료에 한정됩니다.
2. 환불 요청은 반드시 환불요청서를 작성 후 전출일 기준 2주 이내에 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
3. 성적표 및 생활 기록부는 미납 금액에 대한 납부가 완료된 이후 발급 가능합니다.
4. 상기 환불 일정은 자의적 전출과 비자발적 전출의 경우 모두 해당됩니다.
5. 불가항력 (FORCE MAJEURE)의 경우 등교가 불가피한 상황이 유발될 수 있으며, 해당 학년도에 기 납부한 수업료 및 제반 비용은 환불되지 않습니다.
불가항력 (FORCE MAJEURE)이라 함은 전쟁, 내란, 노조 파업, 극심한 기상 이변 등의 사건 혹은 그의 영향을 일컬으며, 예측이나 통제가 불가하므로 학교의 재정 상태에 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.
본 규정은 불가항력의 상황이 종료된 이후 학교의 지속적인 운영을 위한 재원 마련과 재정 안정을 확보하는 차원에서 제정되었습니다.
6. 환불은 통상적으로 한국 원화로 이루어집니다.
7. 환불은 학부모님 또는 위임 받은 대리인에게 은행 송금을 통해 이루어지며 본 규정은 학부모님/학생과 학교 양측을 보호하는 차원에서 제정되었습니다.
